They are now seeking an experience conveyancing secretary to work for a senior fee earner. This is a hands on role and will include:
Making appointments
Diary management
Organising meetings
Audio and copy typing of correspondence, file notes, emails, letters etc
Handling searches and land registry
Assisting with full conveyancing process to include completions and post completions
Filing
Handling post, DX
All other ad hoc duties
Essential requirements -Our client is seeking substantial legal secretarial experience
Hours are full time Monday to Friday
Salary is Neg and dependable upon experience
