Data Analyst – Scunthorpe – £30,000 - £40,000
Chase & Holland are proud to be partnering with a successful market leading organisation in Scunthorpe to recruit a dynamic Data Analyst, reporting into the Finance Manager. The successful candidate will contribute by providing actionable insights across the business, as well as giving real time data the operational stakeholders to support them with their growth journey.

Data Analyst Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimise, and maintain SQL queries to integrate data from multiple systems
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for various business functions
- Collaborate with operational and financial stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored insights
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms
- Take ownership of data projects, from gathering requirements to delivering actionable insights
- Work closely with the Finance Director to support strategic decision-making
- Provide training and support to other team members on Power BI and data analysis best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience in query building and optimization
- Experience with Power BI, including report creation and data modelling
- Familiarity with accounting and CRM systems, and understanding of how to integrate data from these platforms
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
