Are you an experienced Administrator with a strong eye for detail and a passion for organisation? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our clients small but growing team in Ivybridge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, supporting team functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain high standards in document management and data entry, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle sensitive information, ideally with experience in medical or legal administration, including understanding medical terminology.
Requirements:
- Proven administration experience, preferably in a medical or legal setting.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
Location:
Ivybridge
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (flexible for the right candidate)
Type:
Temporary to Permanent (after 12 weeks)
Start Date:
Ideally 12th November

This will vary depending on experience
