Sole charge Bookkeeper required for a client in Cranleigh for 35 hours per week
Our client is an established manufacturing business in the vibrant village of Cranleigh.
You will be an experienced Bookkeeper who will play a vital role to ensure the smooth running of the business. Duties will include;
- Manage all bookkeeping functions for the company using accounting software.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and process accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain a multi-currency sales ledger and perform credit control activities.
- Handle accruals, prepayments, and have knowledge of stock control and manufacturing journals.
- Prepare and reconcile VAT returns and generate month-end reports.
- Assist with various office administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies and liaising with vendors.
Requirements
- Experience as a sole charge Bookkeeper.
- Right to work in the UK without any restrictions on duration or nature of work.
- Ability to commute to our office location in Cranleigh.
