AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for an Enfranchisement Solicitor for a progressive client of ours based in London. They are now looking for someone to join their growing team who has 1-2 years PQE, and experience with:
- Preparing applications to the first-tier property tribunal:
- Experience attending tribunal and the County Court on all issues related to claims made under the 1993 Act:
- Some experience in Right to Manage claims as well as service charge disputes and general property management would be an advantage:
- Experience in dealing with volume applications would be an advantage.
You will be ambitious and conscientious with an interest in business development and marketing.
