B2B Sales and Account Manager Job Purpose:
As a key contributor to UK B2B income generation, your role involves sourcing, promoting, managing, and nurturing client relationships with businesses primarily based in the UK. Your goal is to drive sales of our products, thereby growing the business and brand. ??Main Duties: Sales & Account Management Functions

  • Account Management - New Clients:
  • Contact and manage new clients via telephone, email, and other digital channels (e.g., Skype). ????
  • Record communications and contact points in the CRM system. ??
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system. ??
  • Profile clients to create targeted stock offers. �?
  • Negotiate sales-based pricing. ??
  • Upsell products and build orders. ??
  • Foster relationships and contribute to business development. ??
  • Monitor and enhance sales levels for customers. ??
  • Work toward KPIs to achieve sales targets. �?
  • Promote company services, including Sales Portals. �?
  • Visit clients as needed for business development.
  • Business Development - New Clients:
  • Proactively source new customers/clients. ??
  • Introduce the company to new businesses. �?
  • Win new business. �?
  • Conduct due diligence on proposed new clients. ??
  • Build client profiles. ??
  • Create bespoke offers for new clients. �?
  • Represent the company at UK exhibitions. �?�?
  • People & Communication - UK B2B Team:
  • Contribute to high employee engagement and team spirit. ??
  • Serve as a role model by setting and demonstrating high standards of behaviour. ??
  • Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders and managers. ??
  • Administration & Internal Account Management:
  • Complete sales orders and job cards for the warehouse. ??
  • Liaise with the Purchasing Team. ??
  • Assist in producing product pricing. ??
  • Process orders. ??
  • Forecast sales. ??
  • Provide exceptional product knowledge to customers. ??
  • Create customised stock offers for clients. �?
  • Respond to inbound information requests. ??
  • Proactively monitor shipment status and deliveries. ??
  • Ensure deal packs are accurate. ?
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve company targets. ??
  • Contribute positively to meetings. ???
  • Handle advanced replacements within operational structures for client services. ??
  • Systems and Data Management:
  • Utilise various computer systems and software, including:
  • ERP System for inventory control and client management.
  • Microsoft Office. ???
  • Additional Duties:
  • Provide account management cover for absent Sales & Purchasing Staff. ??
  • Field telephone calls, take messages, and direct inbound sales calls. ??
  • Assist with general customer service. ?????
  • Perform other office duties as required. ??

  • £28k Basic Salary:
  • First 3 months: Sales bonus guaranteed at £500 (payable in arrears). ??
  • Thereafter: Up to £1k sales bonus per month (e.g., £12k OTE sales bonus, payable in arrears). ??
  • £2.5k Annual Company Bonus:
  • Eligible if the company hits its targets. �?
  • Total OTE (On-Target Earnings) Circa £42.5k:
  • Combining basic salary and bonuses. ??

  • Base will involve a mix of current accounts (maintain/grow) and opening new accounts.
