We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic recruitment team, focusing on expanding our client base and driving sales growth in the not-for-profit sector.

Position: Account Manager

Location: Olney and home-based

Salary: Circa £30,000 - £35,000 per annum PLUS uncapped commission

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in our team's growth. You'll work closely with both existing and new clients, driving sales by building strong, long-lasting relationships. Your primary focus will be to expand accounts and identify growth opportunities, ensuring clients receive the best possible service.

This role involves nurturing leads, developing sales strategies, and converting new business opportunities. You'll also engage with clients post-training events and bring new accounts on board. With no cold calling, you can concentrate on high-quality interactions that grow revenue and build client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.

  • Sales Growth:

Work to maximize clients' spending potential, exploring cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within our services.

  • Account Expansion

: Identify and convert growth opportunities within existing accounts, following up on inbound leads and expanding our reach within the sector.

  • Campaign Advice:

Provide strategic advertising advice, helping clients optimize their job postings and recruitment campaigns.

  • Collaboration

: Coordinate with our internal team to deliver recruitment support and ensure timely placement of job ads.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track

advertising progress, providing clients with regular updates and insights to ensure optimal results.

  • KPI Management

: Meet and exceed KPIs related to client spending, revenue growth, and overall account satisfaction.

About You:

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager with a proven track record in sales and business development. You excel at converting leads and expanding accounts, and your exceptional communication skills ensure you can build lasting client partnerships.
