LEGAL SECRETARY - CONVEYANCING

Our client is known as a "collaborative" legal firm who believe that investing in their staff is investing in their clients.

They are looking for a Legal Secretary to work in their Conveyancing / Property Dept

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Legal Secretary:

  • Liaising with clients over the phone, email and in person
  • Opening and closing case files
  • Typing Dictation
  • Diary management and other administrative tasks such as arranging of appointments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant (preferably gained within Property)
  • Strong technical skills including CRM's, Word, Excel etc
  • Excellent communication skills and time management skills
