Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Independently manage a range of contentious insolvency cases while supporting partners on larger, more complex matters.
- Client Service: Provide exceptional legal counsel to a varied client base, including financial institutions, investors, and business owners.
- Business Development: Play an active role in building and maintaining client relationships, focusing on insolvency practitioners and industry contacts across the UK.

Ideal Candidate:
The role requires an experienced insolvency litigator who brings passion for contentious work, strong legal acumen, and a client-centered mindset. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' PQE in insolvency litigation within a reputable team, with demonstrable experience handling matters for administrators, liquidators, creditors, and business owners.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of insolvency legislation, recent case law, and an aptitude for navigating complex legal challenges.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Commercial Awareness: A practical, business-focused approach to insolvency law, balancing technical precision with strategic thinking.
