Finance Systems Analyst, Liverpool, FTC.
An exciting new contract opportunity has arisen for a finance systems analyst to work at a leading law firm in Liverpool. This role sits within the finance systems function and works closely alongside business support teams and practice areas.
Main day to day responsibilities:
- Supporting and maintaining the firm's current business systems
- Troubleshooting and query resolution.
- Reviewing and improving business processes.
- Reviewing and implementing new applications.
- 2nd line billing and time recording support.
- Creating SQL queries and reports.
- Configuring and troubleshooting workflows.
- Analysing client and matter data.
- Testing new applications.
- Training users.
Main experience and skills required includes:
- Excellent application and back-end knowledge of Aderant.
- Experience of InTapp and Chrome River.
- Knowledge of legal billing.
- Excellent working knowledge of SQL queries.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Exposure to project work and managing timescales.
- Previous law firm experience.
