The Opportunity
Our client is looking to welcome an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing department. The firm has a leading regional Private Client team which is highly ranked by the legal directories - their head of department is recognised as a "Leading Individual" in their field.
The team's work spans across a wide range of private client matters; from capital tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, the preparation of Wills (both complex and otherwise), estate administration, trust creation and administration, Court of Protection work and powers of attorney.
They're regularly instructed by wealthy clients with substantial assets, both business and personal, in numerous jurisdictions across the world, including individuals in the entertainment industry, writers, illustrators and in professional sports.
This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Private Client solicitor to be part of a leading Private Client team in Kent.
Required Experience
- Private Client Solicitor with 4 - 8 years' PQE
- Proven experience and knowledge in the preparation of Wills, Tax Planning, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and elderly client matters
- High quality educational and technical background
