Aspire are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team and provide essential support to students in their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students, particularly those with additional needs.
- Assist in delivering tailored educational activities and interventions.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment.
- Support students in developing their social, emotional, and academic skills.
What We're Looking For:
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SEN
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to the needs of the students.
