Academics Ltd are working with an outstanding school in Henley-On-Thames who are looking to appoint a MFL Teacher to join them from November 2024. We are looking to appoint a fully qualified teacher (with QTS) who is passionate about their subject and is a great practitioner with high expectations and good classroom management.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MFL Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching French, Spanish, and German to students across various age groups and proficiency levels. You will play a key role in developing our students' language abilities, fostering a love for languages, and promoting cultural awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in French, Spanish, and German.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to motivate and inspire students.
  • Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and language clubs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching French, Spanish, and German at various levels.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational best practices.
