Hays are exclusively working with a residential property company based in Kensington whose portfolio is made up of high-net worth individuals. The company are looking for a Sole charge Credit Controller who has experience within the property industry.
Your new role
You will be working in a tight-knit finance team reporting to the finance director on a daily basis.
- You will be responsible for the full Credit and Billings cycle
- Daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
- Regular meetings with management to discuss arrears
- Preparing aged debtor reports for internal and external use
- Potential to take on duties that delve into wider finance
What you'll need to succeed
- Essential you have property experience, preferably residential.
- QUBE MRI experience or relevant property systems experience
- Strong at building and maintaining relationships internally and externally
