Earning Potential:

  • Basic Salary - £85k
  • Commission - Double OTE

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across Europe through various channels. Your mission: secure new logos and expand the client base.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a killer business development strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve with in-depth market research, identifying trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform your approach.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality leads, converting prospects into long-term clients.
  • Sales Process Management: Own the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and maximise impact.
  • Performance Tracking: Set and smash KPIs, tracking your progress and providing regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Succesful track record of business development experience, ideally in a SaaS company within the retail or POS technology sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS solutions and retail technology.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
