Finance Manager - About The Role
In this role you will be working within a finance team of 10 and will be reporting into the Senior Finance Manager. You will be supporting with the daily running of the finance function and supporting with other projects when required.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Production of monthly management accounts and P&L's
- Preparation of monthly journals to include accruals and prepayments
- Updating P&L spreadsheets with monthly actuals, budget and last year's figures
- Run off trial balance from Sage
- Checking statements to ensure we have all the invoices
- Support with the purchase ledger function and handling any queries
- Providing regular reports for senior finance and other senior managers
The successful Finance Manager will have:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- All round accounting experience
- Knowledge of Sage is desirable
- Ability to communicate at all levels
