Location: Corsham area, with 2-3 days onsite per week
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000, plus benefits

Position Overview

The Satellite Communications Project Integration Engineer will support the integration and operational deployment of SATCOM projects. This role demands expertise in satellite systems, systems engineering, and project delivery, with responsibilities centered on technical oversight, risk management, and cross-functional team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration and Project Planning: Develop and implement integration plans to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Stakeholder and Technical Coordination: Work closely with engineering and project teams to meet program goals and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Risk and Compliance: Identify technical risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure alignment with program governance.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Security Clearance: Active Security Check (SC) clearance required.
  • SATCOM Systems Experience: Proven track record in integrating complex satellite systems.
  • Lifecycle Knowledge: Strong foundation in systems engineering, particularly test and acceptance phases.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proficiency in managing technical requirements and stakeholder communications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MOD procurement and SKYNET.
  • Familiarity with Integrated Test, Evaluation, and Acceptance (ITEA) processes.
  • Proficiency in hands-on delivery of network and RF systems.
