Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve our food services.
- Listen to and act on customer feedback.
- Support with the creation of new menus and innovative food concepts.
- Represent Healthcare and maintain a positive brand image.
- Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked.
- Oversee kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
- Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
- City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
- Experience supervising a team.
- Previous experience in a similar Chef role.
- Food Hygiene certificate.
- A flexible approach to working.
