Customer Service Advisor
- Hourly Rate: £11.44 PAYE (8.45am - 5pm)

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support our client, a Housing Association, on an ongoing temporary basis. The role involves handling payments over the phone and in person at the reception. This is an immediate start position for a proactive individual who can deliver excellent customer service and handle financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Taking payments from customers over the phone and processing transactions with attention to detail.
- Managing face-to-face enquiries and payments at the reception, providing a welcoming and professional service.
- Ensuring accurate recording of all transactions and maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
- Addressing customer queries and providing clear, concise information regarding their accounts and payment options.
- Collaborating with the finance team to reconcile daily transactions and report any discrepancies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a financial or payment processing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in handling cash, cheques, and card payments.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Competence in using computer systems and payment processing software.
