Receptionist/Administrator

A fantastic new opportunity to join a finance group who are recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team. This would suit an individual in a similar role seeking a position in a busy office. Assisting the wider team with all their admin, other duties will include:

  • Answering all phone calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Diary Management
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring to relevant departments
  • Providing administration support to the team
  • Responding to emails
  • Arranging internal and external meetings
  • Booking meeting rooms, booking couriers
  • Arranging boardroom lunches and refreshments
