The Role
- Handling a litigated caseload of RTA to EL/PL files
- Multi Track to Serious Injury files
- Expertise in both Employer's Liability to Public Liability
- Handling a file from cradle to grave
The Candidate
- 3+ Years in Personal Injury
- Qualified Solicitor to Legal Executive or experience equivalent
- Experience in handling a litigated caseload
- Ability to handle EL/PL files
- Full cradle to grave, start to finish files
