Description

  • Handle and resolve support queries via live chat
  • Answer incoming telephone support calls
  • Respond to online support tickets
  • Complete tasks in line with agreed KPIs

Profile

  • Essential customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A passion for helping others and an empathetic approach to customers who struggle with technology
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to investigate how things work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • An interest in technology and its potential to improve lives
