A well established organisation based in Worthing seeking a Payroll and Banking Team Lead on a temporary basis.
Description
As a Payroll and Banking Team Lead you will be responsible for:
- To be responsible for the day to day running of the Payroll and Banking Administration Services, working with a small team of finance assistants
- To ensure delivery of services to appropriate quality standards and within agreed timeframes
- To provide expert knowledge in employment related taxation and the implications for Direct Payments recipients to customers, team members and other colleagues
- To work directly with customers to resolve complex payroll and banking issues
- To support the Head of Direct Payment Support Services with data monitoring and reporting
Profile

- Have relevant finance and payroll experience
