On behalf of NatWest, we are looking for several Project Manager s - Customer Journey for a 9 - month contract, based hybrid in either Edinburgh, Birmingham, Glasgow, Norwich, London.

This role is a chance to be part of the Metro bank mortgage book acquisition journey team helping deliver all tasks to complete the acquisition on NWB systems. You will identify opportunities to digitise and manage the customer journey as well as all downstream impacts to deliver an effortless customer experience for the metro bank acquisition customers.
What you'll do:
As a Project Manager - Customer Journey, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering digital journeys for both Brokers and Customers consolidating and automating all business performance activities that keep the customer journey running effortlessly.
- Working with downstream systems and teams ensuring accurate identification and reporting.
- Creating operational processes to onboard the acquired mortgage book onto NW systems.
- Making empowered decisions to deliver the prioritised journey backlog.
- Owning the journeys from end to end.
- Adhering to regulations, governance and communications.
The skills you'll need:
- Financial Services background.
- Mortgage experience desirable.
- Migration experience desirable.
- Journey development experience essential along with working Agile.
