Resource Coordinator/Adminsitrator- Civil Engineering/Contstruction
4 month contract - to perm.
Key Accountabilities
This role will support and directly report in to the Resource Manager
The role will include:
- Responsible for ensuring the rostering of resource requirements in accordance with terms and conditions of employment, including stipulated time-scales to ensure contractual requirements are delivered.
- Responsible for ensuring that the rosters are developed in accordance with the relevant HSQE policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Responsible for managing the allocation of hours and weekend shifts ensuring correct utilisation of available resource.
- Responsible for the inputting of all training, annual leave and sickness shifts/hours into the relevant business systems.
- Establish and maintain robust communication within the project team and across resource and supply chain coordinators in each business area.
- Liaise with agency suppliers on a weekly basis to address any shortfalls of resource requirements.
- Provide support with data analysis and production of reports associated with the planning and utilisation of staff
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to demonstrate and provide evidence of experience in a similar role within rail/ construction related industry
- Experience of producing work for a team of people juggling competing priorities
- Flexible/proactive - can do attitude who shows initiative to support others
