The Company you will be working for;

Our client is an established and successful company based in Shiremoor. They are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.

The Job You'll be Doing

  • Data entry.
  • Adding spares onto internal systems.
  • Entering PO's onto internal database.
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
  • Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing.

About You

  • Competent in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to adapt to change, responding well to delays or unexpected demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good at working as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
