Shipping Coordinator
Are you an experienced Shipping Coordinator, looking to make their next career move and join a well-established company in which you will be given the opportunity to progress
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after their customers within shipping, be confident on the telephone, enjoy a challenge and be confident, you will need to work on all aspects of orders, consulting with hauliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders plus looking after the export side, entering data on to their system and providing the relevant shipping documents needed.
Also, with this role the successful candidate will be handling / checking all original documents for customs clearance, tracking of the cargo and keeping all parties always informed, plus other duties when required
Essential Criteria:
- Shipping Knowledge - Freight – Logistics
- Experience in Exports
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Great Team player
- Good IT Skills

Our client is an international nut trading organization based in Hampshire, which was recently recognized by the London Stock Exchange as one of one thousand companies to Inspire Britain.
Salary & Benefits:
This company is looking to pay between £20k - £25 for this role
The position offered is Monday - Friday , this would be 37.5 hours per week.
This is a multinational company dealing with different time zones; as a result, there would be a requirement to show some flexibility and pick up on urgent requests outside of general office hours when needed
This would be reflected in your renumeration package
