Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? An amazing Primary School in Reading is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). As a TA, you will play a crucial role in promoting child development and learning!

Responsibilities:

  • Work with individual children having special or particular needs, following their EHCPs where appropriate.
  • Provide support to the Headteacher and class teacher across a range of child-centered activities.
  • Mark pupils' work under the direction of the class teacher.
  • Support pupils in developing social skills both in and out of the classroom.
