Salary:

Base Salary of £30,000 with OTE of £42,000 - £50,000 (uncapped commission)

Working Location: Central London Office-based during probation, transitioning to hybrid work (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)

Job Summary:

A well-established, market-leading company is seeking a talented Sales and Customer Service Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of post-graduate office experience and a proven track record in telephone/customer-facing sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about providing excellent customer service and looking to build a long-term career in a blended sales/customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and potential customers via live chat, telephone, and email to increase average order values through upselling and assisting with company formation queries.
  • Efficiently manage high levels of multitasking with urgency due to the volume of inquiries.
  • Drive sales to highly profitable areas of the business.
  • Stay informed about products and industry changes to provide expert advice.
  • Participate in shift work between 08:30 and 19:00, Monday to Friday, on a rota basis.

Experience Required:

  • Post-graduate with 1-2 years of office experience
  • At least 1 year of sales experience
