Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Registered CQC Manager to set up and manage a brand new Children's Home!
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Complete set up of the operations
- Create a nurturing environment for children & develop care plans for children
- Lead and manage a team of care staff
- Manage budgets and administrative functions
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care & Young People's Services & CQC Registered
- Knowledge of Ofsted Regulations & Children's Home regulations
- Previous experience with children or adults with Autism & Complex needs
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High level of compassion and empathy & a passion for working with children and young people and be committed to their safeguarding
- Full UK driving license preferred
- Full DBS checks
