An exciting new role for an experieinced Legal Secretary (on the Residential Property side) has become available working for an established firm in Canterbury.
This full-time role is based in the office, offering the chance to be part of a professional and friendly environment.
You will play an important role in managing a busy workload, utilising your ability to work well under pressure and exercise initiative.
The Role
- Helping in the progression of conveyancing transactions
- Raising solicitors' invoices, and drafting contracts etc
- Undertaking online searches and completing Land Registry and SDLT forms
- Providing secretarial assistance to residential conveyancing lawyers.
- Producing documents using the firm's case management software
- Using your excellent administrative and organisational skills with a good eye for detail
- Showing effective written and verbal communication skills
Role Requirements:
- Experience working as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary
- Ability to manage a busy workload
- Good initiative and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel etc.
