Inclusion Manager

- Job Type: Full-time, Term time plus 2 days
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Manager to join our team. The Inclusion Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Deputy Head of School with the college's behaviour systems, ensuring all students have access to learning opportunities.
Day to day of the role:
- Work closely with the Deputy Head of School to implement and manage behaviour systems that promote a positive learning environment.
- Enable students to recognise, understand, and take responsibility for their behaviour.
- Oversee the Inclusion Room, providing support to students in completing their work.
- Contribute to raising standards of behaviour and achievement for all students.
- Form strong links with staff across the school, particularly the student services team and Heads of House.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Passionate about making a difference in students' lives and committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive school environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
- Experience in a similar role or a strong understanding of inclusion within an educational setting is desirable.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour and support students in overcoming barriers to learning.
