We are looking for a Management Reporting Manager to lead a team of analysts in providing critical financial reports and insights.
What Will Be the Responsibilities in This Role?
- Manage a team of Management Reporting Analysts.
- Support business analysis and KPI reporting.
- Plan and direct resources to achieve goals.
- Handle management reporting queries.
- Assist Finance Business Partners with performance analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement and identify growth opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and risk appraisal.
What Experience Do You Need?
- Part-qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Clear communication of financial information to non-financial colleagues.
- Ability to adapt to change and implement new initiatives.
- Experience managing a team.
- Strong analytical skills and intermediate Excel skills.
