We are working with one of the UK's leading fire protection contractors, who also offer a broad range of construction services. Known for their friendly and supportive work environment, they are looking to add a dedicated individual to their close-knit team. As their business continues to expand due to a growing order book, they are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to support their growth.
Based in Nottingham, you will collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager, handling responsibilities such as estimating material quantities and costs, assisting with the preparation of tender and contract documents, issuing sub-contractor payment notices, and overseeing various commercial matters.
The ideal candidate will have a background in quantity surveying within commercial projects, a strong willingness to learn, and a passion for contributing to the company's success. The Role:
- Liasing with clients to Identify their needs
- Looking after multiple projects ranging in size and complexity
- Cost planning, estimating and monitoring costs
- Office based in Nottingham

- Quantity Surveyor with experience in Commercial projects in the construction industry
- Hard working and willing to learn
- Commutable distance from Nottingham
