URGENTLY REQUIRED - We are recruiting for a ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT to join a leading logistics company based within the Feltham area.
Duties will include:
- Sending statements/ reminders to clients
- Credit control
- Posting purchase invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Invoicing clients
- Allocating receipts/payments
- Handling any queries
- General admin/ data entry
- Reporting to the Accounts manager
Experience needed:
- Previous experience within all aspects of accounts
- Freight forwarding experience
- Good knowledge Microsoft Excel
- Boxtop experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Attention to detail
Working hours:
- Monday- Friday 09:00-17:30
