Job description: We are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Locum to assist an established firm in Lancashire.
The client is looking for someone who is immediately available on a part time basis.
You will be responsible for managing a mixed Residential Conveyancing caseload; sales and purchases; freehold and leasehold matters.
Hourly rate: Negotiable (Outside IR35)
Hours per Week: 21 hours
