As Customer Insights and Research Manager you will:

  • Advocate for market and consumer insights, ensuring consumer needs are prioritized in all initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive market and consumer insight strategy, leveraging external data sources, continuous consumer insight initiatives, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Lead an ongoing research program with our consumer community.
  • Address ad-hoc requests from business partners by identifying project objectives and designing and executing research using appropriate methodologies.
  • Collaborate with our in-house data team to generate valuable insights for the entire company.
  • Establish and oversee ongoing competitor and category monitoring.
  • Continuously provide market and customer trend insights to our marketing and innovation teams, influencing our new product development (NPD) and communications strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer research.
  • Confident and proactive, capable of designing, implementing, and evolving research programs, including managing budgets.
  • Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and analysis, comfortable with a mixed-method approach.
  • Experienced in designing and conducting UX research.
  • Commercially minded with a results-driven approach, prioritizing actionable insights over precision. Able to connect insights to customer and market opportunities, supporting business plans and strategies.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to distill insights into actionable recommendations and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with various teams and briefs, managing your own schedule, and aligning with business priorities.
