- Set and maintain high standards of progress, attainment, and teaching.
- Support Subject Leaders and their teams to achieve whole school targets.
- Model effective teaching practices and professional development.
- Collaborate with the Headteacher and SLT to raise aspirations and student outcomes.
- Contribute to policy development and implementation.
- Foster a positive team ethos aligned with our school's vision.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher of Humanities (essential)
