Ocean Export Operator
Hybrid Working.
Full-time working Monday to Friday, 9:00am- 17:30pm.
Paying up to £30,000 per annum.
Based in Bristol, BS35.
We are working with a Global Freight Forwarding and Logistics organisation who are seeking an experienced Ocean Export Operator.
This will be working on a hybrid pattern after a successful probationary period, 2 days at home, 3 days in the office, on a rotating basis.
The successful candidate will be joining a busy and efficient Ocean Export department, handling all elements of Ocean Exports for both FCL and LCL shipments.
Experience within Ocean Exports is essential.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Taking bookings and opening customer files.
- Managing Export Ocean Freight files from start to finish.
- Liaising with shipping lines and making reservations.
- Arranging collections and deliveries.
- Raising and producing all Ocean Freight Export documentation.
- Completing Ocean Freight export customs entries.
- Raising invoices and billing out.
- Resolving any customer service issues which may arise throughout the shipment.
The successful candidate will need to have a clean criminal record and a 5-year checkable work history.
