The firm boasts of an extraordinarily large Client base with instructions in both Legally Aided and Privately Funded work. You'll be working alongside accredited specialists who manage a huge and varied caseload.
The Position:
We are looking for a Solicitor/Legal Executive to handle a wide variety of family issues, including:
- Domestic Violence
- Children
- Divorce
- Finances
The firm is also open to welcoming applications from more niche family practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Family Law Expertise: Knowledgeable across all aspects of family law. If a niche practitioner, you should be able to demonstrate your ability through panels
- Caseload Management: Develop and enhance a busy department
- Client Services: Deliver high-quality advice and support to clients throughout the entire process
- Business Development: Keen interest in business development and advancing your career as a Family Lawyer
