Panoramic Associates is partnering with a local housing in Hertfordshire in recruiting a Development Surveyor to work for 3 months initially on an Interim basis. We are committed to delivering impactful development projects and financial returns to council revenue funding.
Development Surveyor
Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid)
Type: Interim
Role Overview: Manage projects from inception to occupation, ensuring successful delivery and support of future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage development projects.
- Conduct due diligence on opportunities.
- Support planning applications and development appraisals.
- Oversee project consultant teams and budget management.
- Report progress and maintain risk registers.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in a property-related field.
- Experience in site acquisition and development.
- Strong understanding of the property market and development appraisals.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ambitious, energetic, and resilient.
