The role:
- We are looking for a driven Brand Manager to take the lead on an exciting product range
- You will be responsible for the development and implementation of brand growth strategies but also end to end innovation pipeline development
- You will work closely with the Commercial, Insights and Shopper teams to understand the consumer & retailer landscape, work with R&D and manufacturing teams to tailor product, packaging and other aspects of the proposition for target customers
Ideal candidate:
- Experience at Brand Manager level within a branded consumer products environment
- An ambitious, entrepreneurial individual, with a track record delivering results in local markets
- Experience of innovation and project management
- Has led brand planning & communication
- Experience of P&L management
- You will operate with a high level of pace and accountability
