We are recruiting on behalf of a high-profile Housing Association, to oversee the delivery of a regional service focused on anti-social behaviour and housing fraud. The role involves managing a team to ensure high-quality performance and that our neighbourhoods remain desirable places to live. The successful candidate will collaborate with key partners and internal departments to achieve these objectives.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Supervise a regional team of Tenancy Specialists to deliver professional responses to anti-social behaviour and social housing fraud.
  • Drive positive performance and high levels of customer satisfaction within the team.
  • Embed values and ways of working that promote knowledge and expertise in areas of anti-social behaviour and tenancy fraud.
  • Ensure team compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and business processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and address anti-social behaviour hotspots.
  • Engage with local partner agencies for a multi-agency response to serious or persistent issues.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with Courts and court user groups across the region.
  • Provide guidance on complex cases, particularly high-risk situations, and support continuous improvement within the team.
  • Lead and motivate the team through regular meetings and performance reviews to meet key targets.

  • Extensive knowledge of best practices in tackling anti-social behaviour.
  • Significant experience in managing anti-social behaviour with successful outcomes.
  • Experience in team development, data analysis for trend identification, and legal proceedings.
  • Understanding of tenancy fraud management and relevant legislation.
  • Experience in leading business change is desirable.
  • Basic DBS
