We, at Simpson Judge are currently working with a reputable and well established regional law firm in the West Midlands, with has a specialist family department that is renowned for its expertise and dedication to delivering exceptional client care. They are now seeking an experienced Family Associate Solicitor to join their team.
We are looking for a Family Solicitor with a strong track record of experience, ideally with a minimum of 4-8 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) Candidates with more or less will also be considered.
In this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, separation, child custody, and financial disputes. You will have the autonomy to work independently, with minimal supervision, while still benefiting from the support of the team.
Responsibilities:
-Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, separation, child custody, and financial disputes
-Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of family law
-Conduct negotiations and represent clients in court proceedings
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
-Collaborate with other teams within the firm to deliver seamless service to clients
Requirements:
-A minimum of 4-8 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in family law
-Strong knowledge and experience in family law matters, including divorce, separation, child custody, and financial disputes
-Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Familiarity with case management systems and practice management software
