JOB TITLE: Humanities Teacher
QUALIFICATIONS: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Education)
PAY: £130 - £210.00 Per Day
Humanities Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging Geography, History or general Humanities lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Incorporate technology and hands-on activities to enhance the learning experience.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create cross-curricular learning opportunities.
Humanities Teacher Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, History, Humanities or a related field.
- Teaching certification (QTS OR PGCE).
- Proven experience teaching Geography, History or general Humanities subjects.
- Strong knowledge of geographical, Historical or general humanities concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for geography and a commitment to student success.
