People2people are hiring a BD & Marketing Coordinator for an award winning B-Corp Law firm. This incredible business are well known in the industry for working with both small and large businesses in a modern and refreshing way, always being transparent with fees and continually building long term & meaningful relationships with their clients.
Seeking a BD and Marketing Coordinator for the team, this role will liaise between the Marketing and BD functions supporting both internal and external teams.
Working full time, this role is hybrid but has a requirement of 3 days per week in the central London office location. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the promotion of company webinars
- Promoting events to boost attendance including on social media
- Work with an external PR agency on social media presence for the company
- Coordinating the company blog posts and uploading to the website
- Stay on top of the company website, making sure to make minor amends and changes when required, liaising with the external website agency to make sure everything is accurate.
- Liaise with the external website agency on the SEO strategy
- Thinking of new internal and external event ideas
- Assisting the wider team with event organisation
- Creating newsletters for both internal and external
- Working with the Head of BD to initiative and executive BD plans
- Developing new BD proposals for both existing as well as new clients
- Keep abreast of new enquiries making sure all have been responded to in a timely and professional manner
- Make sure the BD tracker is always up to date so internal teams can be made aware of progress
- Attending B-Corp meetings and coordinate any administration relating to this
About you
- Ideally you will have at least 1 years experience in BD and Marketing within a law firm (other professional services will be considered)
- Previous working experience of SEO and google analytics
- A confident communicator
- You will naturally take a proactive approach to everything you do
- Highly efficient and has the ability to work under pressure
