D365 Support Analyst - Supply chain & Manufacturing - £55,000 - £60,000
I am currently working with a supply chain and manufacturing company who are currently going through growth acquisition and looking to centralize all systems over D365 F&O. There user base is around 1200 across 9 legal entities and 30 finance enterprises.
As the company acquires new businesses, they need support alongside the projects to migrate systems over to the new ERP system. So you will working alongside the ERP Support manager and the projects team to ensure there is a smooth transition across to the new systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main task is to manage and do the tickets across D365 F&O / AX
- Work with the ISV's and users
- Maintenance and updates
- Change management and continuous improvement
- System support and troubleshooting – providing ongoing support to user, monitoring system performance.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of D365 F&O modules and functionalities.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies related to D365 F&O, such as Power BI, SQL, and Azure.
