Job Overview:

  • Location: You will be managing services within a designated locality, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery.
  • Responsibilities: Oversee a team including Support Workers and a Better Practice Lead, manage budgets, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Registration: Expected to apply for CQC registration as the Registered Manager where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on performance management.
  • Qualifications: Level 4 LMC or equivalent, or the willingness to complete this within 18 months.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships effectively.
