Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor in Aztec West, Bristol to join our client, the UK's leading provider of affinity insurance, accident management and vehicles connected services to vehicle manufacturers.
This is a full-time, permanent position and the salary is £22,310 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Making amendments to existing policies from inbound customer calls
- Cancelling policies at customer request from inbound calls
- Promoting additional products available
- Taking ownership of all general queries to resolution
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience within a customer-facing environment
- Experience of meeting performance-related targets within a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Reliable and trustworthy
- You should have a can-do attitude and want to provide a first-class service to all customers
- You will be confident to speak to a variety of people and have strong written communication skills
- You will need to be able to self-manage your own workload
- Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a willingness to adapt and change according to circumstances
- Building and maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships is required
