Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technician/ Technologist:
- Assist in the preparation of detailed architectural drawings and plans using ArchiCAD.
- Contribute to the development of design concepts and technical solutions across diverse sectors, including Commercial, Defence, Education, Health, Hospitality, Housing, and Later Living.
- Support senior technicians and architects in project development and execution.
- Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate and adheres to relevant standards and regulations.
- Participate in site visits and inspections as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals and ensure client satisfaction.
- A relevant qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD and other relevant design software would be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Good understanding of building regulations and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
- A keen interest in sustainable design practices and an understanding of sector-specific requirements.
